At home, at work, on the road...anywhere you have internet access you can retrieve your Bank of Clarendon accounts. We’ve made eStatements a part of online banking. Simply login to online banking and click on the eStatements tab. And when you’re signed up, you can receive your statements electronically anywhere you have an internet connection.

Instead of waiting to receive your bank statement in the mail, we will send your bank statement directly to your email address. You can review your statement and see your check images anytime you want, even on holidays or in the middle of the night. For your added convenience, your statements and check images will be maintained online for 18 months.

With eStatements, your bank statements and your account numbers will no longer rest in your mailbox, subject to theft. Signing up for eStatements lets you go green. No more clutter, no more paper record keeping, no more risk.

Already an online banking customer? Just log in to your account and follow these easy steps to sign up for eStatements:

From a personal computer:
  1. From the Dashboard, click the white circle with your initials inside at the top right corner.
  2. Select SETTINGS from the drop down menu.
  3. Under ACCOUNTS, click on The Bank of Clarendon. This will populate a field to the right with a list of all of your BOC accounts then select your account.
  4. At the bottom of the page under the DOCUMENTS heading, click 'Manage'.
  5. When the Documents screen opens, select Sign up/Changes in the top blue toolbar.
  6. Put a check mark in the box or boxes to enroll the accounts for which you would like electronic bank statements.
  7. Click the green SAVE SETTINGS button
From the Bank of Clarendon mobile app:
  1. From the Dashboard, click on the three menu lines in the top left corner.
  2. Select SETTINGS from the menu.
  3. Under ACCOUNTS, click on The Bank of Clarendon then select your account.
  4. Next to DOCUMENTS, click 'Manage'.
  5. When the Documents screen opens, select Sign up/Changes in the top blue toolbar.
  6. Put a check mark in the box or boxes to enroll the accounts for which you would like electronic bank statements.
  7. Click the green SAVE SETTINGS button.
